At Lucien Forge, we create and deliver premium digital toolkits for high-stakes English examination preparation, including downloadable guides, weighted practice banks, audio libraries, and structured study plans. Because of the nature of these products, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

Digital Product Policy

All purchases made on Lucien Forge are for digital products, including downloadable files, audio, practice materials, and other intangible items. Once a digital product is delivered, accessed, or downloaded, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Because our products are delivered in full at the point of purchase, a change of mind, a decision that you no longer need the product, or dissatisfaction after viewing the contents are not valid grounds for a refund. We encourage you to review each product description carefully before completing your purchase.

This policy is necessary to protect the integrity of our intellectual property and the exclusive nature of our work.

By purchasing, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)) once digital delivery has begun.

No Guarantee of Exam Results

Our products are preparation toolkits. They are designed to help you prepare effectively, but they do not guarantee any particular score, band, or examination outcome. Your result depends on many factors outside our control, including your own preparation, effort, and performance on the day. For this reason, examination results are never grounds for a refund.

Technical Issues or Billing Concerns

If you encounter a technical issue preventing access to your product, or believe you were charged in error, please reach out to us at info@lucienforge.com.

Our support team will investigate and work in good faith to resolve genuine concerns. While refunds are not guaranteed, exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of:

Duplicate charges
Failed product delivery despite confirmation
Technical defects not caused by the customer

Unauthorized Use or Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, refund fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service, and to revoke access to products in such cases.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Under EU law, customers typically have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, this does not apply to digital content delivered immediately upon purchase where the customer has consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins.

By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

Digital delivery begins immediately; and
Your right of withdrawal is waived.
